# TSH Auto Parts > Used and new parts from a German-car specialist shop in Toronto. 1709 used parts listed right now, across 25 makes. TSH Auto Parts is the parts side of TSH Auto — a German-car specialist shop in North York, Toronto. We work on Audi and the wider VW Group first, plus BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, and we run our own engine machine shop and a drift race team. Every part we list is pulled, checked and photographed by the same crew that turns the wrenches. ## Facts that are easy to get wrong - **Pickup only. We do not ship anything, anywhere.** Every order is collected in person at the shop. - Listed prices are in CAD and **exclude Ontario HST (13%)**, which is added at checkout. - Used parts are one-of-a-kind: each listing is a single physical part, and it is gone once sold. - Usually your part is pulled, packed and waiting on our pickup shelf within a couple of hours — rarely longer than a day. - Fitting isn't included, but we are a repair shop: buy the part, come in and ask, and we'll tell you whether we can take the job. It is never included in the price of a part and is never guaranteed. - Returns: 14 days to change your mind with a 25% restocking fee, 30 days on a faulty part with a replacement or a full refund. Returns are made in person — there is no return shipping either. - Many German electronics must be CODED to a specific car with dealer-level equipment before they work; a part bricked during a coding attempt is not returnable. - Uncollected orders: unpaid ones are cancelled 10 days after they are ready. A PAID order is held 30 days, then gets one final notice, and 7 days later it is cancelled and refunded less a $30 holding fee, with the part going back on sale.
